Unit Price Contracts Program
The Unit Price Contracts Program awards an approved list of Unit Price Contractors for consideration of performing various types of construction, maintenance and repair work under $750,000 at 91影视破解版 locations. This program is used by the 91影视破解版's Facilities, Planning and Capital Programs (FP&CP) unit as well as other authorized 91影视破解版 entities. The 4-Year A/E Program awards an approved list of professional architects and engineers for consideration of performing various types of planning, programming, design, and engineering services at 91影视破解版 locations. This program is used by the 91影视破解版's Facilities, Planning and Capital Programs (FP&CP) unit as well as other authorized 91影视破解版 entities. Building Code & Fire Safety
FP&CP's Building & Fire Safety team provides building-related life safety and code enforcement, provides a full range of required inspections for the 91影视破解版 community and has jurisdiction for State Fire, Building, and Life Safety Codes.
Design Standards
Design Standards are intended to identify the standards and preferences of FP&CP and are applied to all remodels and new construction at UNK, UNL and UNO.
SAP Ariba
The 91影视破解版 of 91影视破解版 has transitioned to SAP Ariba for online bidding. Registration with the 91影视破解版 of 91影视破解版 through the SAP Business Network is required to receive invitations to bid.

e-Builder Project Management System
FP&CP utilizes e-Builder as its project management information system. This cloud-based software allows for a central repository of project information, streamlined communications and processes, standardized workflows, extensive reporting, project planning and limitless data archiving. Project participants are encouraged to join FP&CP in its use to effectively and efficiently partner in project solutions.
Facility Plan Request Form
Access to archived building and project information is available to university faculty, staff and designated vendors for legitimate business needs. Student access is also available, but must be sponsored by a faculty member. To request a floor plan or historical project document, click the link below.
FP&CP Staff Directory
The FP&CP team is responsible for all 91影视破解版 of 91影视破解版 facilities planning, programming, design, construction, warranty and closeout activities. The team also provides centralized contract administration and consultation across the 91影视破解版 system to support new builds or renovations.
